Booking enquiries and prices

Prices per week for 2025 vary from £550 in the low season to £850 in the high season. There are only a couple of weeks left in September 2025.

Prices per week for 2026 vary from £600 to £875 and the booking calendar for the year is now open.

To find out whether the dates you require are available please check the calendar below: weekly prices are not displayed so please contact us for details of the tariff. Reservations will then be made by email.

Payments

A deposit of £200.00 is required at the time of booking, with the balance due four weeks before your stay. If you are booking last minute, i.e. less that four weeks from your stay, the full amount is required. Payment is by direct bank transfer – details will be provided when booking.

The small print

Rockview Cottage self-catering accommodation prices are per week and are inclusive of electricity, heating, WiFi, linen and towels. There is no separate cleaning fee.

The booking week runs from Saturday to Saturday: arrival time is from 4.00p.m. and departure should be by 10.00am.

Short breaks are available outside the main holiday season and by arrangement only: please contact us with your request and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
